Debtors or Subcontractors > Claims > Claim Entry
If you are trying to create a claim in Claim Entry, at times you may see the below error.
"Latest Claim Schedule is not Approved"
This means the Underlying Claim Schedule which links the Order to the Claim Entry has not been Submitted for Approval, This means is still sitting as Unapproved.
To correct this, you need to approve the Claim Schedule.
To do this you'll need to open the Claim Schedule, Make the required changes/fixes and then Click Submit to Approve.
Debtors or Subcontractors > Claims > Claim Schedule Orders
Find the Schedule in the list
Open the Claim Schedule
Check that the lines on the Claim Schedule at the bottom of the screen are correct.
Once that is correct, click the ‘Submit’ button at the top of the screen
As we do not have Approvals enabled, this will then be auto approved.
If Approvals were enabled, this Claim Schedule would be sent to another Profitz user to be approved before the claim could be processed.
