Job Enquiry – Commitment and Outstanding Commitment

There are two fields available on the Job Enquiry that we would like to highlight. These are the Commitment and Outstanding Commitment values

Commitment – the value of unprocessed orders PLUS the value of costs incurred to date

Outstanding Commitment – this is the value of unprocessed orders for costs against the job. Both ordinary purchase orders and subcontractor orders (you might call these schedules or contracts). The unprocessed value is the original order value less any creditor invoices or subcontractor claims

If you drill into the Outstanding Commitment value, you will be taken to a list of all cost order lines for the job. Both the original value and the current outstanding/unprocessed value are available as fields
