Standard Report Groups

There is a new option on the report runner app to favourite a report. This allows you to select an existing report group, or create a new one. You either select an existing report group from the drop down, or type a new group name.

This allows a group of reports to be downloaded with a single click, rather than processing the reports one by one

NOTE -To access the group of reports, you need a new menu item. We won’t be automatically adding this menu item on sites so please contact [e-mail] to get this added to your menu

The grid itself allows you to maintain the groups of reports. If you had set an As At Year Period on the report runner app before Adding to Favourite, that would be populated in the grid. This does need to be set in order to run the group of reports. Tick the reports you want included, the click Download All

When you click ‘Continue’ the group of reports will be downloaded. They download as a zip file
