Step‑by‑step instructions
Before starting, ensure you know the Bank Account and Reconciliation Reference for the run you want to review.
1. Open the Reconciliation Report
Navigate to General Ledger › Bank Reconciliation › Reconciliation Report.
2. Select the Bank Account and Reconciliation Run
- Select the Bank Account you want to review.
- Enter or select the Reconciliation Reference for the run.
- Enter From Period and To Period
- Enter From Date and To Date
- Note: Period and Date is not compulsory for the Report.
- Note: Period and Date need to match.
- Click Get Results.
Note: Only transactions included in the selected reconciliation run will appear in the report.
3. Review the Report Results
The report displays all bank transactions included in the reconciliation run, including:
- Deposits
- Withdrawals
- Journals
- Imported bank lines
- System‑matched transactions
Use this report to:
- Confirm which transactions were reconciled
- Audit historical reconciliation activity
- Support month‑end and year‑end financial reviews
