Purpose in Profitz: To personalize how you see data in grids by customizing columns, applying filters, and saving these configurations as reusable "Views".

- Switching Between Views: How to easily toggle between the standard view and any custom views you have created or have access to.
Grid columns can be configured for different contexts or users. Once the columns have been edited, the new configuration can be saved into a View. The example below is using the “Standard” view.

In the next example:
- The “Posting Barred” column has been removed.
- The “GL Account Code/Description” columns have been moved to the left.
- The “Cost Category Description” column has been filtered using “labour”.
This column configuration has been saved as new view called: “My View”.
At any time, users can switch between views by clicking on the view name and selecting a different view from the dropdown menu. You could switch back to the “Standard” view, or an entirely different view. To save a view, Click the floppy disk icon to save the view for next time. Click the bookmark icon to save the view to be the primary view that loads everytime yoyu open that particular app.
