How to Set Charge Up Invoice Templates

1. Understand the Template Hierarchy

Profitz applies invoice templates based on the following hierarchy:

• Job: If an Invoice Template Code is set on the job, this template will be used regardless of what is set on the debtor account.
• Debtor Account: If an Invoice Template Code is set on the debtor account, this template will be used unless the invoice is job‑related and a different template is set on the job.
• Standard: If no template code is set on either the job or debtor account, the standard invoice print template will be used.
