General Ledger Account Types

We’ve enhanced the functionality around the GL Account Types set on the individual accounts, and how they are used in the GL Report

The Account Type on the GL Code is now selected from a drop down. We have preloaded a set of standard GL Account Types into Profitz for those customers who weren’t already using GL Account Types to drive their GL reports. For these reports to work correctly, each GL Account will need to have an Account Type selected. If the Account Type is not selected, the GL Account will not be included in the PLTYPE or BSTYPE reports

New GL Reports are available for selection in the usual GL Reporting section. These are in addition to the existing reports and the existing reports will continue to work
