- Calculating Employee Pay from Timesheets: This article explains the "Calculate Payroll" function, which is the step you take after entering all employee timesheets for the period. This process calculates each employee's gross-to-net pay.
Once you have entered all the timesheets for your employees, go to Calculate Payroll.
Choose the correct pay group.
The date will default to the period end date. If you are processing a pay mid-period, you can change the date.
Click Calculate Payroll.
After the payroll has been calculated, you can proceed to view the Payroll Summary or the Payslips.
