The Email feature in Profitz allows you to send documents directly from the system, making it easy to share invoices, statements, and other records without leaving the application. You can attach internal documents, import files from your computer, and apply pre‑defined templates to quickly format your message.
Attachments
You can attach documents to your email in two ways:
- Add Internal Attachments – select documents already stored in Profitz
- Add External Attachment – import a file from your computer
All selected attachments appear in a list. Deselect any item to remove it.
You can choose to send attachments as links or as a zip file using the Send Attachment As dropdown.
Email Templates
Templates help you format your email quickly.
To apply a template:
- Click Other…
- Select a template from the list
- Click OK
The email body will automatically populate with pre‑formatted text. Relevant invoice data is inserted into the message where required.
